General

• Delivery time for services, designs and modeling will be defined according to production capacity at the time of agreeing on the project.
• The client must inform Diractum about any confidential matter.
• The client is responsible for any violation of copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Additional expenses, design change costs and delays that may arise due to lack of information, incorrect files, or tolerance changes will be borne by the client, exempting Diractum from responsibility.

DIRACTUM Sales Conditions

Prices

• Prices in the store include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
• The listed price for products represents the retail price.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice on our website, store and services.

Changes

• If a change is required, the product must be complete, in its original packaging, and in good condition for return. If it is incomplete, damaged or defective, the change will not be possible.
• The client is obligated to ship the package back by whichever method is convenient (courier or in person) to Diractum. Any cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the client.
• Does not apply to digital and/or customized products.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer
• PayPal payment
• Debit or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
• Diractum reserves the right to the property of products until payment is fully reflected in our bank account.
• All purchases require full payment before product shipment.

Orders

• All purchases imply that the client accepts the DIRACTUM SALES CONDITIONS.
• The product will be delivered to the shipping provider on the next business day after purchase, provided the product has been paid in full.

Order Cancellation

• For services, a cancellation will only be considered if Diractum accepts the request, and we may charge a recovery fee, returning the cost partially.
• For products, only orders that have not yet been shipped for delivery will be cancelled.

Returns

• Returns will only be accepted if the order is returned by the client within the first 7 business days after purchase.
• The product must not have been opened or modified in any way.
• Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the client.
• Returns do not apply to digital content.

Warranties

• Products are warranted only against manufacturing defects, except for digital products and consumables, the latter being the direct responsibility of the manufacturer.
• Warranty is excluded for any product with damage from misuse such as impacts, natural disasters and third-party damage.
• The warranty will only be valid once Diractum confirms the good condition of the products.

Shipping

• Diractum is not responsible for delays by shipping companies or incorrect shipping addresses.
• If you have written your address incorrectly, please send us a message so we can consider and correct it before starting the shipping process.

3D Printing and Design

• Prices are calculated based on print time, design time and the material used for each piece.
• Print tolerances must be discussed and approved before printing.
• Printing and design service will be charged even for sample pieces.
